ST BRIDES COTTAGE REVIEWS

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage, in a great location for exploring the area. Lots to see and do and we enjoyed walking on the coastal path, visiting the nearby beaches and a trip to St Davids. Also spotted seals at Martin’s Haven. The weather was a little mixed but it was December!

RE – Dec 2024

We arrived early but no problem, the owner met us and we were made to feel very welcome. A very nice cottage in a good location for visiting local towns and beaches. Very clean inside. Would definitely stay again. No problems at all.
PS. Google Drive directed us straight to the cottage driveway!!

MHS – Oct 2024

St. Brides’ cottage is very well located for exploring this area of Pembrokeshire. It is spacious, very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished including interesting artwork and artefacts. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this comfortable cottage despite the rainy weather!

CP – SEPT 2024

Our hosts were lovely, nothing to much trouble, wood fired hot tub was perfect we really enjoyed using it, all round good place to go, lovely and quiet and perfect for dog.

DD – Aug 2024

Lovely general location with only a 20 minute walk to the local beach of St.Brides. The beaches further afield were also great. If you like Unique, Fun, Outings this is just the location. Broad Haven is particularly special.
The garden was great with lots of garden furniture to lounge on. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and bbq. The hot tub was also fun, even though we were surprised to see it was woodfired (a good supply of logs were complimentary). The games room was a bonus, which was enjoyed by all the family.
Inside, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for four. Good sized Smart TV and decent WiFi.

RD – Aug 2024

We came to a cottage that fully lived up to what was promised. Big kitchen, big living room and especially the two bathrooms were very good for a crowd of 4. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and the Ping Pong table was frequently used. Altogether a very happy stay.

We had a great visit to St Brides Cottage, the weather was great and the cottage was beyond expectation. It was amazing.
I loved improving my table tennis skills every evening and I managed to beat my dad for the first time. We also enjoyed playing Giant Jenga in the private garden. The Scandinavian Hot Tub was an unexpected surprise and it was magnificent. The cottage is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable and cosy. As soon as we arrived, the attention to detail was very noticeable. Overall, it was exceptional and we loved it.

“Wonderful cottage. Fixture, fittings and furnishings all to the highest standard. Everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. John and Jane the owners were so welcoming. They obviously enjoy making your stay perfect. Jane explaining the background of all the paintings in the cottage added another dimension.
The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful bays, beaches and coastline of St Brides Bay. We particularly enjoyed the beaches of Little Haven and Broadhaven and the enchanting harbour of Solva. The area has a wealth of good pubs serving exceptional food.
We would recommend St Brides Cottage unreservedly.”
